I'm a pretty educated guy. As a licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, my knowledge of exercise is pretty descent. Also, I've been practicing martial arts and have been "working out" (traditional gym type exercises) for over 25 years.
One year ago (July 2007), I weighed in at 196 lbs and was at 17% bodyfat. You should also know that I'm 5'10" tall. I was pretty unhappy with my level of fitness and with my physique. And I was "stuck".
That was before I started using Alwyn's ideas. After I decided to "give this guy's stuff a try" I made some pretty nice progress in a fairly short amount of time.
Today it's June 27th, 2008 and I currently weigh 176 lbs and am at 7% bodyfat.
If you do the math, you'll see that I lost 21 lbs of fat and gained 1 lb of muscle.
Okay, not too bad. But here's the best part. It only took me 11 weeks to make those changes! I started Alwyn's program on July 9, 2006 and ended on September 27, 2006. Since I made all of that progress, I've simply maintained my weight and bodyfat.
The reason I stopped in September was I was losing weight too quickly! Also, this was using one of Alwyn's older programs. His new program is even better!
